Job summary

CGM Pridok is hiring a Service & Training Professional to deliver high-quality onboarding and training for doctors, nurses, and medical staff nationwide. You will travel across Norway, conduct face-to-face sessions, and support onboarding journeys while collaborating with engineering and management.

The role requires Norwegian and English fluency, a valid driver's license and a personal car, and a flexible, people-centered approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a customer facing role
• Fluency in Norwegian and English
• Willingness to travel across Norway for on-site training
• Full clean drivers license and own car (reimbursement provided)
• Strong communication with patience and understanding

Responsibilities

• Provide 5 star training service to customers nationwide.
• Onsite training with doctors, nurses and medical personnel.
• Follow up on onboarding questions and queries.
• Share learnings with Pridok team including engineering and management.
• Assist Sales during tenders with live demos of Pridok suite
