Job summary

Höegh Evi in Oslo is seeking a Logistics Support professional to coordinate end-to-end logistics for goods, spare parts and consumables across the global fleet. You will act as the operational liaison between Höegh Evi, suppliers, vessel stakeholders, DSV, Purchasing and Accounts Payable to ensure timely shipment movement and compliant documentation.

Key duties include data integrity on myDSV, eDC, SCM/POM and IFS, managing documentation such as invoices, packing lists, HS codes and Incoterms,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• Experience in logistics coordination and document control.
• Ability to address shipment documentation and customs compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and tracking skills.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and internal teams.
• Willingness to work in a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics and monitor shipments with partners.
• Validate data across platforms (myDSV, eDC, SCM/POM, IFS).
• Manage and archive logistics documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates).
• Support customs compliance and HS codes.
• Assist Purchasing and Accounts Payable with PO references and invoicing.
• Upload documents to CargoX and generate logistics performance reports.
