Job summary

Accenture Nordics is seeking a Management Consultant in Supply Chain & Operations to lead transformative projects for top Nordic clients. You’ll steer workstreams, craft strategic insights, and present impact-driven conclusions while growing your expertise in technology advisory and change management.

You’ll report to the SC&O Lead in Norway, based in Oslo, with responsibilities spanning procurement, planning, logistics, and supplier risk using AI and analytics to drive efficiency and resilience.

Qualifications

Master’s degree with strong academic results in a relevant field.
Relevant consulting experience in technology advisory or management/strategy consulting.
Commercial mindset to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving approach.
Excellent written and spoken English and a Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

Lead supply chain transformation projects across sourcing, procurement, planning and logistics.
Oversee analysis, coordinate resources, and ensure smooth project execution.
Apply digital tools and AI to improve sourcing, procurement and supply chain operations.
Facilitate workshops and deliver insights with strategic recommendations.
Be a trusted advisor guiding digital transformation and industry dynamics.
Identify opportunities, grow client relationships, and support future proposals.
