Job summary

SEAONICS in Ålesund, Norway, seeks a Global Service Manager to lead and develop the worldwide service organization, ensuring efficient delivery and high performance. The role covers Norway, Poland, and Vietnam, with responsibility for strategy, process standardization, and cross-border collaboration to create value for customers.

You will drive capacity planning, KPI development and partner management while maintaining strong quality, HSE, and compliance standards across a global service

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education within engineering, technology, maritime disciplines, business or management.
• Leadership experience from service, field operations or a similar international environment.
• Preferred experience with resource and capacity planning in a project- or service-driven organization.
• Experience developing processes, KPIs and structured ways of working; experience with international service partners is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, fluent English, and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global service organization and Service Engineer teams across Norway, Poland and Vietnam.
• Drive global service strategy and develop the organization, capacity and capabilities required for future growth.
• Ensure effective global capacity planning, resource utilization and high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and standardize global service processes, planning tools, KPIs and ways of working.
• Build and develop the global service partner network, including partner strategy, agreements and performance follow-up.
• Manage service budgets, cost efficiency and operational performance while ensuring high standards for quality, HSE and compliance.
