SEAONICS is seeking a Sales Manager to lead proactive sales of topside handling equipment for various vessel types across Europe and Asia-Pacific. You will report to the Vice President Sales and drive opportunities from early development to contract closure, building strong customer relationships with shipowners and shipyards.

The role requires frequent travel, a technical background, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Documented sales experience in maritime or international industrial sales.
• Technical education or strong technical understanding; class B driver's license is required.
• Ability to travel globally and communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive proactive sales within the assigned market and segment; develop and execute sales strategies.
• Plan and execute activities to achieve annual sales budgets and margins.
• Build and maintain relationships with shipowners, shipyards, designers and government agencies.
• Prepare commercial calculations, define scope of supply, and submit offers for projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful deliveries and deadlines.
• Gather market intelligence to support product development and pricing; attend exhibitions.
• Support and coordinate compliance, due diligence and third-party approval processes.
