Job summary

SEAONICS seeks a Global Service Manager to lead the worldwide service organization from Norway, Poland and Vietnam, driving strategy, capacity, and partner networks to deliver top-tier service. You will shape processes, budgets and performance while ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Relevant higher education within engineering, technology, maritime disciplines, business or management; relevant experience may compensate for formal education
  • Leadership experience from service, field operations, technical operations or a similar international environment
  • Preferred experience with resource and capacity planning in a project- or service-driven organization
  • Experience developing processes, KPIs and structured ways of working; experience with international service partners is an advantage
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, fluent English, and willingness to travel internationally

  • Lead and develop the global service organization and Service Engineer teams across Norway, Poland and Vietnam
  • Drive global service strategy and develop the organization, capacity and capabilities required for future growth
  • Ensure effective global capacity planning, resource utilization and high-quality service delivery
  • Develop and standardize global service processes, planning tools, KPIs and ways of working
  • Build and develop the global service partner network, including partner strategy, agreements and performance follow-up
  • Manage service budgets, cost efficiency and operational performance while ensuring high standards for quality, HSE and compliance
