Job summary

CHC Helicopter Service AS in Stavanger, Norway, is seeking an experienced Global Process & Strategy (GPS) Manager to join our team. This role partners with senior leaders to deliver high-impact strategic initiatives, drive transformation, and improve performance across the organisation.

The successful candidate will lead digitisation, develop KPI dashboards, and coach regional teams while traveling internationally up to 50%. English is required for all CVs and responses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant business experience in transformation, process reengineering, quantitative analysis, or project management.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact business results and driving measurable improvements.
• Experience leading teams through large-scale change programs or significant business transformation.
• Strong leadership, resilience, and influence to drive initiatives across functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across senior leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Experience in a global, multicultural business environment.
• Knowledge of analytical and reporting tools including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot, and project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own core weekly governance documents and analytics production.
• Prepare for Initiative Owner and Steering Committee meetings.
• Support initiative owners with business justification and improvement plans.
• Be the first point of contact for initiative owners needing support for driving initiatives forward.
• Facilitate problem-solving with workstream leads to drive improvement.
• Champion adherence to transformation principles and tools.
• Identify processes with digitisation potential and support relevant RFPs.
• Mentor CHC functional teams based on insights.
