Job summary

Kirkens Nødhjelp in Oslo is seeking a Senior Advisor for Global Results Management to strengthen the organisation's indicators framework and learning across its global programmes. You will lead development and stewardship of global indicators, ensure data quality, reporting, and compliance with donor requirements, and collaborate across country offices and teams.

Qualifications

• Higher education, preferably at Master's level, in a relevant field.
• Solid knowledge of MEAL/MEL principles and practices.
• Experience with results frameworks, indicators, data analysis and impact measurement.
• Experience with institutional donor requirements and reporting (e.g. Norad, ECHO).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen NCA's global indicators and results framework across programmes.
• Lead development and stewardship of global indicators and results systems.
• Collaborate with country offices, thematic advisers, grant managers, and donor teams to ensure data quality and reporting.
• Promote learning and accountability through robust data analysis and reporting.
