Job summary

reMarkable is seeking a Senior People Advisor to join our People team in Oslo. You will partner with leaders to understand their organisation, translate business needs into practical People actions, and guide executives through organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.

You will coach managers on leadership, performance, and development while supporting employee relations and cross-functional People processes.

Qualifications

• Solid experience from an HR Business Partner or People Advisor role, including handling organisational change.
• Experience partnering directly with managers and senior leaders.
• Good understanding of Norwegian employment legislation.
• Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional projects or People processes.
• Strong communication skills in English (Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change.
• Coaching managers on leadership, performance, feedback, and employee development.
• Supporting employee relations matters in accordance with Norwegian employment legislation and internal policies.
• Supporting and driving People processes across the employee lifecycle, using data and insights to address challenges.
• Leading cross-functional People projects from scoping through stakeholder alignment, implementation, and follow-up.
