Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Oslo seeks a development-focused professional to own the staffing and development of a Nordic consultant cohort. You will work closely with consultants, partners, and teams to staff effectively and grow capabilities.

Based in Oslo, you will monitor career progression, provide feedback, and build enduring mentoring relationships while aligning with firm expertise and client needs. Fluency in English is required; Norwegian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own staffing for a cohort of consultants across the Nordic office.
• Collaborate with consultants, partners and team members.
• Understand industry topics and firm expertise to staff effectively.
• Monitor consultant development and provide formal/informal feedback.
• Report and manage information in required systems.
• Foster mentoring and sponsorship relationships within practices.
• Lead ad hoc projects surfaced by office leadership.
