FreshStart UAE is seeking an Online Consultant to join our Oslo team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and expert guidance to clients through email, chat and video calls from Oslo, Norway.

You will address inquiries, provide accurate information on products and services, resolve issues promptly and help build lasting client relationships while staying current with industry trends and best practices in online consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different communication styles
• Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple online platforms simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines
• Prior experience in customer service or consulting is an advantage but not required
