Formación

• Strong academic record in finance, supply chain, or economics.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian.
• Ambitious, energetic and collaborative working style.
• Analytical and communication skills.
• Willing to learn and grow in management consulting.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to structured problem-solving with senior colleagues.
• Understand strategic operations processes, tools and concepts.
• Delegate minor tasks to clients and manage quality expectations.
• Develop relationships with key clients and external stakeholders.
• Advocate Prokura values and culture on projects.
• Own time management and meet deadlines.
• Identify areas for personal development.
• Learn from mistakes and improve as a consultant.
• Build consulting toolbox with communication, Excel, PowerPoint, and Alteryx.
