Lace Lithography is seeking a People Operations Partner to own payroll, compliance, and scalable HR processes as the company scales across five international locations. You will manage the employee lifecycle, HR systems, and vendor relationships, while contributing to employee experience, performance, and strategic people initiatives.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, system ownership, and a pathway toward broader People leadership as the company grows globally.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of dedicated experience in People Operations or HR Administration.
• Experience with HRIS and people systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to build processes in fast-changing environments.
• Interest in growing toward People Partner or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage core people processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end payroll administration and benefits management across locations.
• Own HR systems and payroll data quality.
• Support compensation, benefits, and policy administration.
• Act as point of contact for relocations, visas, and immigration.
• Ensure compliance and documentation standards.
• Drive process automation and operational efficiency.
• Improve onboarding and off-boarding experiences.
• Partner with talent acquisition on offers, background checks, and pre-boarding.
• Support performance and feedback processes.
• Partner with managers on people initiatives.
• Help deliver engagement, culture, and learning programs.
