Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking an O&M Support Manager to lead a global team and drive growth of O&M offerings across geographies. The role includes P&L ownership, client relations, and direct involvement in business development to expand services and geographies, with a Nordic KAM focus.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical, process, chemical or automation, or a process technician with leadership experience.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Experience from process industry, wastewater or sludge treatment is an advantage.
• High personal standards and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Own global P&L for a significant part of the business area.
• Recruit, develop and lead a global, competent team.
• Grow O&M offerings through business development across geographies and services.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure excellent performance in supporting customers.
• Maintain client communication for business development, negotiations and follow-ups.
• Act as KAM for the Nordic region and manage client portfolios.
