Job summary

Enhanced Drilling, now part of Expro, seeks a Lead Engineer – Control Systems to govern global standards and architectures for our control systems. You will provide technical direction across projects, operations and product development, while improving safety, reliability and cybersecurity across the lifecycle.

This senior role combines governance with practical engineering leadership and requires coordinating across disciplines, regions and suppliers. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, automation, cybernetics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own global control-system standards and governance.
• Develop reference architectures for PLCs, SCADA, HMI, instrumentation.
• Drive reliability, safety and cybersecurity requirements.
• Lead lifecycle management, obsolescence and technology refresh.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate activities.
