Job summary

Promon is scaling internationally and seeking an Enablement Program Manager to shape how we build company-wide capability. You will design the enablement operating model, cadences, and standards that cover Product, Tech, Sales and Corporate, providing the single overview of enablement across the business.

You will report to the Chief People Officer and collaborate with executives, people leaders, sales, and frontline managers to advise, influence, and orchestrate enablement initiatives with

Qualifications

• Experience owning enablement programs in scaling tech or security businesses.
• Strong ability to build structure and drive adoption across teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management with executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and own a company-wide enablement operating model with cadence and standards.
• Ensure enablement programs are scheduled and delivered to high standards.
• Provide program design support and coordinate content delivery across owners.
• Define success measures and report progress against strategy.
• Own the structure and cadence for sales readiness including demos and POC.
