Job summary

Promon is seeking an Enablement Program Manager to design and run a company-wide enablement operating model across Product, Tech, Sales and Corporate. You will own the overview and cadence of enablement, ensuring programs are scheduled, delivered and measured for impact.

You will collaborate with executives, people leaders and frontline managers, driving adoption of learning initiatives and AI enablement to elevate the organization. Oslo-based or Europe-wide remote options available.

Qualifications

• Experience owning enablement programs in a scaling tech or security business.
• Experience with onboarding, sales, and technical readiness.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and own a company-wide enablement operating model.
• Maintain a single overview of enablement across Product, Tech, Sales and Corporate.
• Ensure enablement programs are scheduled and delivered to high standards.
• Provide program and instructional design support with content owners.
• Define success metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Own sales readiness cadence for product positioning and processes.
