Job summary

ABB is seeking a senior leader for Product Enablement & Support in the Energy Industries division. You will empower local divisions, drive customer adoption of complex automation solutions, and lead a global team delivering follow-the-sun support and strategic enablement across Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Sales.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in industrial automation, software, SCADA, or related tech environment.
• 7+ years leading product enablement, product support, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading global customer-facing tech teams in a matrix environment.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management, commercialization, and customer adoption.
• Experience implementing digital enablement platforms, AI-assisted support, knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Product Enablement & Support org across product sales support, enablement, knowledge management, AI-assisted engagement, and Level 3 product support.
• Define operating model, performance standards, and regional coverage for scalable global services.
• Strengthen technical sales readiness through opportunity support, POCs, launches, and enablement.
• Improve adoption and satisfaction via escalation management and root-cause analysis.
• Develop knowledge strategy, expanding self-service and AI-assisted inquiry management.
• Collaborate with PM, PMM, Engineering, Sales to translate field insights into improvements.
• Establish and monitor performance measures for enablement, adoption, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Own workforce planning, budget, development, and follow-the-sun operations.
