Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking ambitious business development professionals with a proven track record in sales and a passion for building lasting client relationships. This role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients through proactive direct sales while also growing existing accounts, with uncapped commission and ownership of your portfolio.

You will lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing, then managing relationships to drive long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Superior communication skills in the local native language.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Source and close new clients through referrals, cold outreach, networking and other means.
• Build a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process.
• Cultivate and maintain long term relationships with clients by delivering elite client service.
• Formulate sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Generate daily outreach efforts to prospective clients.
• Present TransPerfect's solutions via various meeting formats.
• Travel domestically and internationally for conferences and client meetings.
