Job summary

Zip is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing EMEA team. You will generate new business by outbound prospecting and collaborate with Account Executives to set high-value meetings.

This is a fully in-office role supporting our EMEA operations. You will learn consultative selling, develop a best-in-class outbound motion, and accelerate your career through exposure to fast-paced growth and evolving processes.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months or equivalent sales experience.
• A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Be a highly strategic thinker and problem solver with a solutions-first mindset.
• Ability to work from our office off of Kings Cross station, 5 days a week. Opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule after hitting quota.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP of Sales and Account Executives to source meetings that lead to pipeline and revenue.
• Prospect across a high volume of accounts and prioritize time strategically.
• Become a market expert on target industries and personas.
• Build a point of view on how to help customers and the right qualifying questions to ask.
• Be adaptable and help shape Zip's sales process as the company grows.
