Job summary

Oda is hiring Part-Time Drivers to join our配送 team in Norway. You will report to the Driver Operating Manager and play a key role delivering groceries with Lidl-like care, ensuring a high-quality customer experience at each doorstep.

You will load/unload quickly, maintain a clean vehicle, and help onboard new teammates. English communication is required; Norwegian or Nordic language skills are a plus. Starting date asap, location Storemyrsletta 8, 4790 Lillesand.

Qualifications

• English-speaking ability is required (written and spoken).
• Norwegian or another Nordic language is a plus.
• Safe and confident driving on the road.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Driver Operating Manager and Driver Team Leaders at your site.
• Deliver groceries and provide a positive customer experience at every doorstep.
• Handle loading and unloading with speed and care to prevent damage.
• Keep the van clean and presentable for the road.
• Help onboard and train new colleagues with tips from the road.
• Contribute ideas to improve routines and ways of working.
