Qualifications

• 3+ years in data center operations, with a strong focus on independent or freelance projects.
• Experience working remotely with international teams and vendors.
• Good understanding of security best practices and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers and networking hardware to ensure uptime.
• Monitor data center operations remotely and on-site, diagnosing issues to minimize downtime.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco/Juniper routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage Linux and Windows systems, applying updates and security patches.
• Document installations, repairs, and performance for the remote management team.
