Job summary

NOBA Bank Group is seeking a Finnish-speaking student for a part-time role in the Fraud & Chargeback team. You will handle disputes on credit cards and savings accounts and perform fraud checks on new credit applications, while communicating with customers in Finnish and English.

The role is part-time, 1–3 days a week, with training and supportive colleagues in a Nordic team of 11. You will contribute to safeguarding customers from financial crime while gaining banking experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least one year remaining.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand financial data.

Responsibilities

• Handle disputes on credit cards and savings accounts.
• Perform fraud checks on new credit applications.
• Correspond with customers as part of the NFC team.
• Collaborate with Swedish-Finnish team to safeguard customers.
