We are building an international growth engine from the ground up, using AI tools to turn a great product into a steady stream of qualified pipeline for engineers, asset owners, and contractors.

As a Founding Growth Marketer, you will design the strategy, run experiments, own demand generation across channels, and hand leads to sales.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B growth or marketing experience, startup or scale-up preferred.
• Fluent English; Norwegian is an advantage.
• Based in Bergen or Oslo, or willing to relocate.
• Proven ability to build and run a complete growth engine across channels.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the full growth marketing engine.
• Own demand generation across content, paid, and organic channels.
• Develop and test messaging for engineers, asset owners, and contractors.
• Collaborate with sales to hand off qualified leads.
• Set up tracking, reporting, and analytics to measure performance.
• Leverage AI tools to create innovative campaigns translating complex value.
