Odin in London is seeking a founding Growth Lead to design and scale Odin’s Growth engine. You will build a repeatable, scalable inbound pipeline, leveraging modern GTM tooling, marketing automation and AI to generate high-quality MQLs for the sales team.

This is a founder-friendly, ownership-driven role with no tight lanes. You’ll experiment with PLG and growth hacking, collaborate with product and external partners, and help turn early traction into sustainable revenue through smart, fast

Qualifications

• High-agency operator with strong commercial instinct and systems thinking.
• Ability to own and drive growth initiatives in uncertain environments.
• Experience designing and scaling PLG or growth loops is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale Odin’s Growth engine to bring the right people into the inbound pipeline.
