Job summary

Birdsview, a Norwegian technology company, seeks a Founding Growth Marketer to build the growth engine from the ground up. You will translate a great product into a steady pipeline using AI tools, testing campaigns across channels and handing qualified leads to sales.

You will work hands-on to shape our international growth, prioritise messaging for engineers, contractors and asset owners, and directly influence strategy, processes, and success.

Qualifications

• AI-first, systematic and test-driven.
• Proven ability to build and run a complete growth engine: lead generation, content, paid campaigns, organic channels.
• Skills in setting up tracking, reporting and analytics, so performance is measured rather than asserted.
• Experience developing, testing and refining positioning and messaging, in collaboration with sales and leadership.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B growth or marketing, ideally in a startup or scale-up. Hands‑on and results‑oriented, this is a building role.
• Fluent English; Norwegian is an advantage.
• Based in Bergen or Oslo, or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Build the engine: design and implement our full growth marketing engine and shape strategy.
• Own demand generation across content, paid and organic channels, driving qualified leads to sales.
• Find the message that lands by testing positioning across customer segments (engineers, contractors, asset owners).
• Work the funnel with sales: hand qualified leads to the sales team and refine campaigns based on feedback.
• Build the measurement: set up tracking, reporting, and analytics to measure performance and drive improvement.
• Make the technical obvious: use AI tools to translate complex technical value into resonant messages for our audience.
