As Founding Growth Marketer, you will build the international growth engine from the ground up, run experiments across channels, translate technical value into compelling messages for engineers and asset owners, and hand qualified leads to the sales team.

Qualifications

• AI-first, systematic and test-driven.
• Experience building and running a complete growth engine: lead generation, content, paid campaigns, organic channels.
• Tracking, reporting and analytics setup to measure performance.
• Experience developing, testing and refining positioning and messaging with sales and leadership.
• 1–3 years in B2B growth/marketing, startup or scale-up environment.
• Fluent English; Norwegian is an advantage.
• Based in Bergen or Oslo, or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Build the growth engine and shape the strategy.
• Own demand generation across content, paid and organic channels.
• Test messaging for different customer segments and scale what works.
• Hand qualified leads to the sales team and use feedback to sharpen campaigns.
• Set up tracking, reporting and analytics to measure performance.
• Leverage AI tools to create and test campaigns that translate complex value.
