Birdsview in Norway is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to build our growth engine from the ground up. You will translate a great product into a steady stream of qualified pipeline, using AI tools to test campaigns and messaging across channels.

As a foundational member of a new marketing function, you will shape strategy, own demand generation, and hand leads to sales, helping engineers, asset owners, and contractors understand the value we bring to critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• AI‑first, systematic and test‑driven growth experiments.
• Experience building a complete growth engine across channels.
• Capability to set up tracking, reporting and analytics.
• Experience developing positioning and messaging with sales/leadership.
• 1–3 years in B2B growth or marketing in a startup or scale‑up.
• Fluent English; Norwegian is an advantage.
