Job summary

Birdsview, a Norwegian tech company, is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to build a multi-channel growth engine from the ground up in Norway.

You’ll use AI tools to run experiments, translate complex technical value into resonant messages for engineers, asset owners, and contractors, and hand qualified leads to the sales team.

Based in Bergen or Oslo, or willing to relocate, you’ll join a lean team with equity and a clear path to scale internationally.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B growth or marketing.
• Fluent English; Norwegian is an advantage.
• Based in Bergen or Oslo, or willing to relocate.
• Hands-on and results-oriented; a building role.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the full growth engine across channels.
• Own demand generation to generate qualified leads.
• Test and refine positioning for engineers, asset owners, and contractors.
• Work closely with sales to hand off qualified leads.
• Set up tracking and analytics to measure performance.
