ALTEK AI, a Norwegian startup building AI to automate hotel operations, seeks its first internal engineer. You will join the product and technology team, shaping how we build tech going forward, from architecture in Python to frontend in React/TypeScript.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Python backend experience and production systems exposure.
• Hands-on with LLMs/AI agents and tool calling.
• Experience building full-stack solutions across backend and frontend.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve AI agents and LLM systems in production.
• Define when AI should act vs. involve humans.
• Work across stack from Python backend to React/TypeScript frontend.
• Move ideas from prototype to production with rapid iteration.
• Collaborate with hotels to translate problems into technical decisions.
