Job summary

iFindTech Ltd in Oslo is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to own features end-to-end, from initial concept through frontend, APIs and data layer to production.

We’re partnering with a well-funded technology company in Oslo that is building an AI-native platform designed to automate complex financial workflows.

They’re a small, ambitious team combining the pace and ownership of a startup with strong financial backing.

They’re now looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who wants to build across the entire product and work hands-on with AI in production.

The Role

You’ll own features end-to-end, taking ideas from initial concept through the frontend, APIs and data layer to production.

A big part of the role will be building AI agents and LLM-powered workflows, including tool calling, streaming and orchestration.

You’ll work closely with the CTO and product team and have a genuine say in both the product and technical direction.

• Strong TypeScript, React and Node.js experience
• Production experience with Next.js and Express
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs/AI
• Comfortable working across frontend and backend
• Someone who enjoys taking complete ownership of features
• Curious, pragmatic and comfortable in a fast-moving environment

Experience with cloud infrastructure, Redis or fintech would be a bonus.
