Job summary

No Isolation is seeking an AI Integration Engineer in Oslo to embed within multiple business units. You’ll connect tools across Data, IAM, CRM, ERP (Odoo) and Finance, implementing AI tools and automation to boost revenue and internal efficiency.

You’ll co-own the tech stack with engineers and be the first in the role, shaping how AI is used across the company. You’ll work with Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Operations, building deterministic automations, and turning experiments into

Qualifications

Ability to translate fuzzy requests into concrete systems.
Experience connecting ERP/CRM/Finance via APIs and events.
Hands-on with orchestration platforms (Windmill, n8n, etc.).
Proficient in at least one language (Python, TypeScript, Go).
Experience with self-hosted tooling and secrets management.
Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, evals and tool calling.

Responsibilities

Drive automation across Data, IAM, CRM, ERP (Odoo) and Finance via APIs and events.
Build and maintain internal automation with Windmill and/or n8n; modernize legacy SaaS and iPaaS.
Contribute to internal AI infrastructure with engineers to create reusable tools.
Centralise data sources and ensure data reconciliation across systems.
Define guardrails and cost controls for integrations and AI usage.
Collaborate with business teams to ship working increments and iterate.
