Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ years of PQE and background in a top-tier law firm or leading international/regional practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end legal support for international expansion, including entity structuring and market entry strategy.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial, trading, technology, vendor, and partnership agreements.
• Support corporate transactions, joint ventures, and related due diligence processes.
• Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks and translate developments into actionable guidance.
• Manage and coordinate external counsel to ensure cost-efficient legal outcomes.
