Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Change Lead or similar role.
• Experience delivering finance transformation and ERP programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of core finance processes and operating models.
• Experience working with ERP/finance systems.
• Knowledge of ADKAR or similar change frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities across a large-scale finance transformation programme.
• Develop and deliver change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communications strategies, and adoption activities.
• Drive business readiness and support the successful implementation of new finance processes and systems.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across finance and operational teams.
• Support leaders and employees through periods of change and transition.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate change-related risks, resistance, and people impacts.
• Apply structured change methodologies, including ADKAR, to drive successful outcomes.
• Provide hands-on change leadership, taking ownership of delivery and execution throughout the programme lifecycle.
