Job summary

EY UK is seeking a Finance Solution Leader to drive the Finance workstream across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations programmes. You will translate business needs into scalable, out-of-the-box solutions, lead design decisions, and ensure delivery across scope, time, and budget while acting as a trusted client advisor.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, significant experience with D365 F&O, and the ability to lead distributed teams across onshore/offshore delivery.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or IT-related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) preferred.
• Microsoft D365 Finance certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Finance solution across D365 F&O programmes.
• Drive programme delivery including design, configuration, testing, and data migration.
• Engage with senior clients, lead workshops and solution demonstrations.
• Mentor Managers and Consultants while expanding knowledge assets.
