Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Change Lead or similar role.
• Experience delivering finance transformation and ERP programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of core finance processes and operating models.
• Experience working with ERP/finance systems.
• Knowledge of ADKAR or similar change frameworks.

Change Lead - Finance Transformation

Location: London (2 days per week onsite)
Contract: 8 Months
Day Rate: £700 per day (Umbrella)

We're supporting a leading national organisation on a major finance transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive business adoption, stakeholder engagement, and organisational readiness throughout the transformation.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile programme that will modernise finance processes, systems, and ways of working across a complex organisation. Working closely with programme leadership, finance teams, and senior stakeholders, you'll ensure new capabilities are successfully embedded and deliver lasting business benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities across a large-scale finance transformation programme.
• Develop and deliver change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communications strategies, and adoption activities.
• Drive business readiness and support the successful implementation of new finance processes and systems.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across finance and operational teams.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Change Lead, Business Change Manager, or similar change management professional.
• Strong experience delivering finance transformation, ERP, or business change programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of core finance processes, operating models, and finance transformation.
• Experience working with ERP and finance systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience applying ADKAR or similar change management frameworks.
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to drive delivery and get things done.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working within non-profit, charitable, membership, public sector, regulated, or purpose-led organisations.
• Previous involvement in large-scale ERP implementations or transformation programmes.
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Relevant change management certifications.
