Job summary

Onyx Technologies Group is seeking a Finance and Operations Officer to strengthen the Group's financial discipline and day-to-day operating control across its diverse businesses.

You will keep records current, coordinate invoices, purchasing, supplier administration, and payment documentation; support budgets and reconciliations; and ensure operational information is ready for management decision-making in a hybrid, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail, spreadsheet skills, and a clear approach to records management.
• Experience with accounting software, reconciliations, procurement, or office operations is an advantage.
• ICAG, ACCA, CIMA, QuickBooks, Sage, or advanced Microsoft Excel certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate operating records, reconciliations, and routine finance reports.
• Coordinate invoices, purchasing, supplier administration, and payment documentation.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, stock or asset records, and internal controls.
• Prepare information for management review and follow up on operational exceptions.
• Help teams follow dependable processes and keep records ready for review.
