Job summary

Vår Energi seeks finance and business development analysts to drive value creation and strategic decision-making. You will contribute to financial analysis, business-case evaluation and M&A assessments across multiple units and hubs, working with senior stakeholders on high-impact projects.

You will gain exposure to company strategy and capital markets activities while growing your commercial and technical skills in a dynamic energy environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Industrial Economics.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, auditing, banking or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers and models.
• Interest in digital technologies, data analytics and AI for business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to financial analysis, evaluation of business cases and M&A assessments.
• Support strategic projects and capital markets activities.
