Job summary

Hydro is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Group Performance and Planning team in Oslo. You will analyze financial and business data, support annual planning, and contribute to performance management across Hydro's global operations.

You will work with senior leaders to develop metrics, automate data-driven processes and enhance risk and capital allocation tools, enabling informed decisions and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent quantitative discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, management consulting, financial analysis or analytics.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to present complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial and business analysis to generate insights for management reporting and decision support.
• Support annual business planning and other planning activities across the organization.
• Monitor and analyze operational and commercial improvement initiatives.
