Job summary

Monil is seeking a Customer Success Operations Specialist to own and improve workflows, data, and operational processes that enable Farmer Success to run effectively and scale across markets. You will identify bottlenecks, standardize ways of working, and use automation and AI to improve customer experience and the daily work of our teams.

Qualifications

• Experience improving customer support operations or customer success processes.
• Analytical, structured, and curious about systems and processes.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows to scale support.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Farmer Success workflows, data, and processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and standardize ways of working.
• Implement AI and automation to boost efficiency.
• Own Farmer Success tools including CRM and messaging.
• Develop dashboards to track KPIs and customer health.
• Maintain data quality across systems and markets.
• Collaborate with Sales RevOps and Business Technology.
