Job summary

Monil, building world-leading technology for virtual fencing and livestock monitoring, seeks a Customer Success Operations Specialist to scale Farmer Success across markets. You’ll own and improve workflows, data, and operational processes to enable fast, accurate support.

You’ll apply automation and AI, build dashboards in Looker Studio and Odoo, maintain data quality, and collaborate with Sales RevOps and the Business Technology team to drive customer outcomes as Monil grows across Norway,

Qualifications

Experience improving customer support operations or customer success processes.
Hands-on with workflows, data, and tools, delivering measurable improvements.
Analytical, structured, and curious about systems and processes.

Responsibilities

Improve systems and processes by identifying bottlenecks and automating workflows.
Enable AI and automation to improve internal efficiency and customer interactions.
Own Farmer Success systems, including CRM, calling and messaging tools, and loyalty program.
Build dashboards and reports in Looker Studio and Odoo to track KPIs and customer health.
Maintain data quality across Farmer Success systems.
Improve the customer journey with Sales RevOps for consistent processes.
Support onboarding and knowledge sharing with playbooks and documentation.
