Job summary

Monil is building world-leading technology for virtual fencing and livestock monitoring. The Customer Success Operations Specialist will own and improve workflows, data, and operational processes to enable Farmer Success to run effectively and scale across markets.

You will identify bottlenecks, standardize ways of working, and leverage AI and automation to improve both customer experience and internal efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience improving customer support operations.
• Hands-on with workflows, data and tools.
• Analytical, structured and curious about processes.
• Knowledge of AI/automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Improve systems and processes to simplify or automate Farmer Success workflows.
• Enable AI and automation to increase internal efficiency and customer interactions.
• Own Farmer Success systems (CRM, calling, messaging, loyalty) and collaborate on procurements, integrations, and changes.
• Build dashboards and reports in Looker Studio and Odoo to track KPIs and customer health across markets.
• Maintain data quality and scalable systems for reliable information across Monil.
• Improve the customer journey in collaboration with Sales RevOps across the lifecycle.
