Job summary

Monil AS is seeking a Customer Success Operations Specialist to optimize workflows, data, and systems backing Farmer Success across markets. This role focuses on bottleneck removal, standardizing ways of working, and introducing automation and AI to raise efficiency and the quality of farmer support.

You will own and evolve the customer success tech stack, collaborate with Sales RevOps and Business Technology, and contribute to scalable processes as Monil grows internationally.

Qualifications

Experience improving customer support operations or customer success processes.
Hands-on with workflows, data, and tools; can show results.
Comfort with AI and automation to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

Improve Farmer Success workflows, playbooks, and processes to simplify work.
Identify AI/automation opportunities to boost efficiency and customer care.
Own Farmer Success systems and tools, coordinate with Business Technology.
Build dashboards in Looker Studio and Odoo to track KPIs and health across markets.
Maintain data quality and ensure scalable systems across markets.
Improve the customer journey withSales RevOps to ensure consistent processes.
Help onboard new team members and maintain playbooks and best practices.
