Cegal Group AS in Oslo is seeking a part-time Facility Administrator to support daily office operations and be a key contact for building owners, vendors and colleagues.
You will promote an efficient, welcoming workplace, handle seating, access, meeting room management, onboarding/offboarding, and help with local HSE/ISO routines. This role offers a collaborative environment in the Shared Services department.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Facility Administrator to join our growing office in Oslo!
We are based in modern offices in the center of Oslo, with more than 150 desks spread across two floors. You will be an important and much appreciated colleague promoting an efficient and happy workplace.
Your focus will be to support the daily operations of the office and be a point of contact for the building's owner, office vendors, and all your Cegal colleagues.
You’ll be part of the larger Facility team in Norway, which in turn is part of the Shared Services department at Cegal.
