Job summary

Euronext is seeking a Facility Manager to join the Admincontrol team, with presence in Oslo and Drammen offices. You will report to the Global Head of Facilities and Real Estate and partner with IT, Finance, Procurement and external contractors.

You will lead facilities operations, budgets, contractor management, space planning and sustainability initiatives, collaborating with country peers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management including budgets, vendors and contract negotiation.
• Proactive problem solving and decision making.
• Familiar with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead total facilities management operation including staff and contractor management.
• Oversee daily facilities operations and implement continuous improvements.
• Manage annual contracts, procurement and tendering processes to optimize cost and flexibility.
• Budget management for facilities and delivery of projects within time and budget.
• Lead space planning and relocations and coordinate with stakeholders on facilities needs.
• Develop and implement sustainability programmes.
• Contribute to crisis management where facilities decisions are involved.
