FaciliTec is seeking an Operations Technician for our Oslo department to support daily janitorial services, property maintenance, and energy monitoring. The role involves coordinating suppliers, following up with tenants, and ensuring high standards of internal control in a dynamic facility management environment.

Qualifications

• Broad interdisciplinary expertise.

Responsibilities

• Daily janitorial services for property sites and building stock.
• Technical follow-up of property and energy monitoring.
• Coordination of suppliers and follow-up with tenants.
• Internal control and reporting in the FDV system.
• Supervision of SD facilities and energy monitoring.
