Fossefall is seeking a hands-on CEO Operations Associate to work directly with the CEO, preparing materials, managing travel and calendars, and turning ideas into practical plans. You will collaborate across Finance, People & Culture, Legal, and Communications, while using AI tools to improve templates and processes.

The role requires quick learning, high attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle evolving priorities with poise. Fluency in Norwegian and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate CEO needs into actionable workstreams.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for meetings, reports and correspondence.
• Manage CEO calendar, meetings, travel bookings and itineraries.
• Capture decisions and translate discussions into clear next steps and follow-up materials.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Communications and other functions.
• Support drafting, organizing information and templates using AI tools.
