Qualifications

• Fluency in Norwegian and English is essential.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to travel to Oslo, New York and London.
• Experience with AI tools such as Copilot is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare first drafts of presentations, reports, documents and correspondence for the CEO and refine after meetings.
• Create agendas and briefing materials to ensure meetings start with the right context.
• Capture key instructions from meetings and turn discussions into clear next steps and follow‑ups.
• Plan CEO calendar and travel arrangements, coordinating rooms, links, participants and materials.
• Join selected trips and travel with the CEO as needed.
• Collaborate with Finance, People & Culture, Legal and Communications teams to gather input for CEO deliverables.
• Use AI tools to draft, organize information, compare versions and develop templates and checklists.
• Identify processes to improve efficiency and implement simpler ways of working.
