Job summary

Falkor is seeking an Executive Communications Specialist based at our Fornebu office. The role partners closely with the CEO to translate complex business and technology topics into compelling communications for employees, customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

The position combines executive, internal, and external communications with coordination across leadership and functions to ensure consistent messaging and visibility for Falkor and its leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, Marketing or related field.
• About 5+ years of experience in communications, executive or corporate communications.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a corporate environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English; strong editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong presentation development skills, including PowerPoint.
• Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, actionable messages.
• Highly organized with strong stakeholder management and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to develop presentations, speeches, talking points, and key messages.
• Write content on behalf of the CEO, including posts, articles, and internal communications.
• Translate complex topics into clear, engaging communications for multiple audiences.
• Support day-to-day communication priorities and strategic messaging.
• Strengthen the CEO's profile through thought leadership and outreach.
• Plan and coordinate company-wide communications and leadership updates.
• Draft external communications, press materials, and interview briefs.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure aligned, timely messaging.
