Job summary

Norway Savings Bank in Maine, ME is seeking an Executive Administrator to provide high-level support to the President & CEO, Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team. The role is highly visible and requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing multiple priorities.

The successful candidate will join a team that values accuracy, proactive communication, and collaboration across the Bank, clients, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years assisting Executive management.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendar appointments, correspondence, travel arrangements, presentations, and other executive-level administrative needs.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and judgement.
• Coordinate meetings for Senior Leadership Team, provide detailed minutes, and host/record meetings using technology.
• Support Board of Directors with meeting coordination, reports, materials, minutes, and reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate corporate records and assist with annual filings as needed.
• Assist CEO with strategic planning documents, initiatives, and special projects.
• Prepare monthly reports and support administrative needs for various teams.
